Internet and telephone voting October 13–26, closing at 8 p.m. October 26. Confirm the opening hour in the current voter guide; older notices differ. Voter help is at 10 Lisgar Avenue, weekdays October 13–23, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and October 26, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Staff can assist eligible voters missing from the list.
